Q: What makes your gift boxes SO special?

Our gift boxes are custom made by hand with LOTS and LOTS of thought, care, and attention to detail. Each gift is carefully curated so that it is visually stunning, functional in purpose, and uplifting. You will not find our boxes on Amazon or at any big box retailer. We take great pride in creating gifts that are unique, thoughtful, and put together with human hands. Our gifts include a wooden keepsake box, beautiful matching gift shred, a personalized handwritten card/note, and a bow. 

Q: How much time do I need to give for custom orders? 

Due to the customized nature of creating the perfect gift box(es), we ask that you order approximately 7-14 days in advance for processing. Should you order one of our custom gift boxes that we have on-hand, we will process the order within 1-3 days. You are always invited to contact us before placing any order to learn ways of getting what you need when you need it. We'll do our very best to help you out!

Q: How do I make sure my gift recipient knows that it's from me?

We include a handwritten note/card with each gift that ships out. When you choose your gift, click Add to Cart and you will see a Special Instructions box. You can type any instructions as well as the message you would like us to write on the card. 

 

Q: Where do your products come from?

We understand and appreciate that custom and quality items don't come easy...or cheap (although we are always working for best pricing!). We work with local small businesses, artisans from across the U.S, and independent vendors as much as possible to provide you with the most unique and exceptional quality. Occasionally, items may come from carefully selected retail markets. We are always searching high and low for just the right products to include in our gift boxes. 

Q: What if I want to order multiple gifts for different people? 

 In the Special Instructions section, simply tell us what gift you'd like and the address and personal message details for each recipient. If there is ANY clarification needed, we will reach out to you right away. You can also reach out through our contact page and we'll be sure to get back to you a.s.a.p.

 Q: What's the story behind your name? 

Pull up a chair. The story begins with Barbara's beautiful (in every imaginable way) mom, Hope. She left this world too soon and had always talked and dreamed of starting a business of her own. Although she wasn't able to realize this dream, we know that she is smiling down at this exciting journey. We're not so sure, however, that she's thrilled with us naming our company after her- she despised her name so much that she legally changed it to Sophia at the age of 19...what a rebel she was! As a way to honor her memory and her desire to have her own business, we thought the name a perfect fit. She now has a business in her name.

As for Grace...well, let's just say there are a few very special Grace's in the family, all of whom wear the name beautifully and who we're proud to have as part of our company name. 

Aside from naming our company after very special loved ones, we felt that the names Hope & Grace also perfectly expressed qualities that we hold near and dear in our hearts. Our mission is to offer hope to others through our gifting efforts and to be an expression of the grace that we have been so blessed to have in our own lives. Everything that we say and do, we strive to do with hope and grace.
